That gap is not a talent problem. Skill without structure does not repeat. A pipeline without the right mindset stalls. All three, or it does not hold, and every one of them is trainable.

Storage & logistics.

Container Space

Container Space brought in a new CRM and needed the sales team's habits to change with it, not just the software. Arrowbow worked directly with the team through the transition. The result, in Nick Walker's own words: instant results, and a team that moved up a gear.

Result

+34% pipeline conversion, first 90 days

Home heating & ventilation.

HRV

HRV brought Kimble in to build a Sales Leadership Programme from the ground up. His read on the business, its strengths, its gaps, its opportunities, was accurate enough to build trust fast with both the team and the leadership group. The programme is still early. It has already created genuine buy-in across the business.

Shaped to your gaps. Not to a syllabus.

Here is exactly what a programme includes.

What you get

  • A discovery call, freeWhere the capability gaps sit, before anything is booked.
  • Time on the road with your repsAnd conversations with your customers, before a single slide exists.
  • A plan drawn from twelve workshopsOnly the sessions that close your gaps. Quarter, half or full day.
  • Delivered in personIn the room with your team. Online where geography makes that hard.
  • Reinforcement after the room emptiesFollow up and on the job application, until the habits hold.

Shaped around your deals. Not a workbook.

The twelve

  • Foundational selling
  • Sales conversations
  • Account planning
  • The sales engine
  • Lead nurture
  • High value customers
  • Handling objections
  • High impact selling
  • R.A.C.E. methodology
  • Pitch perfect
  • Non verbal persuasion
  • The art of the deal

You have sat through the stock standard course.
This is not that.

Same investment. Opposite design.

Before Arrowbow

  • Content written before anyone visits, so none of it matches the deals actually being lost.
  • The team sits through a workbook they never recognise their own accounts in.
  • One day, then nothing. Forgotten inside a fortnight.

After Arrowbow

  • Time on the road first. Kimble rides along with the reps and speaks to your customers before anything is designed.
  • Drawn from the objections your buyers actually raise, and the deals your team actually loses.
  • Reinforcement after the room empties, so the skills survive past Friday.

Who actually delivers it.

Grew up on a farm. Sold for Fonterra. Twenty five years since, in industries where the cycles are long and the relationship decides the deal, including businesses pushing into export markets.

Not a one man band

Hamish and a bench of consultants sit behind him, including a fractional sales leader, so a programme keeps running when one diary fills up. The discovery call covers exactly who would be in the room for yours.

Our team and skills.

A bench built from people who have carried a bag and carried a target, not career trainers.

Fair questions.

I have just taken over the sales team. Where does this start?
With a discovery call, and usually with a look at what the team is already doing rather than what it should be. Most new sales leaders inherit a pipeline they did not build and targets they did not set. The first job is working out which of those numbers are real, and where the deals are actually leaking, before anyone books training.
How is this different from the training the team already sat through?
Two things. The content comes after time on the road with your reps and conversations with your customers, so it addresses the deals you are actually losing. And it does not end at the workshop, because reinforcement is what separates a skill from a nice day out of the office.
What if the team resists it?
Experienced people are often the most sceptical, usually because the last course wasted their time. That is exactly why the design starts with their deals and their customers rather than a generic curriculum. When people recognise their own accounts in the material, the resistance tends to go quiet quickly.
Have you worked in this sector before?
Most of the client base sits in industrial, agribusiness, food manufacturing, construction and freight, including businesses selling into export markets. Long cycles, technical buyers, relationships that decide the deal. If your sector is not on that list, the discovery call is the place to find out whether the fit is real.
How long before anything changes?
Behaviour starts shifting inside the first few weeks, usually in follow up discipline and how quotes get handled. Across the client base the 90 day picture averages a 26% lift in conversion and a 22% shorter sales cycle. Anyone promising a transformation in a fortnight is selling a day out of the office.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many workshops your team needs and how they are delivered. The discovery call is where that gets scoped, and you get a straight number rather than a proposal to chase.

Book a discovery call.

Thirty minutes. A look at where the capability gaps sit, and a straight answer on whether training is even the right fix. Sometimes it is not, and saying so is cheaper for everyone than a workshop nobody needed.
